Spoiled upper class girl Marianne reluctantly join a home defense unit to learn military drill. The unit, led by lieutenant Victor, is a stern officer but has in fact a crush on her. Victor has developed an engine that foreign agents are trying to get their hands on. Marianne hates the drill to begin with but soon develops warm feelings for Victor.
