After the Atomic War in April 1964, the surviving government forces of Generalissimo George S. Patton, attempt to cleanse America of the Racially Impure, Sexual Deviants, Communists and Beatnik perverts.
In self Defense, the persecuted join together and fight back against the CD (Seedy) troops of the Permanent Emergency Government. The warlike policies of the PEGUSA and the cleansing have left a sexual imbalance with women out numbering men two to one.
